01 / THE ORGANISER

One occasion.
A whole cheer squad.

The dashboard separates active, pending and completed occasions. Recipient cards bring the name, event type and time remaining together; category colours distinguish weddings, birthdays and marathons.

The message workspace has a different job. Voice-note rows place the contributor, duration and play action together, with selection and management controls around the list. The organiser can review the contributions without losing the collection context.

02 / THE CONTRIBUTORS

An invitation.
Then your own voice.

The contributor journey begins with the person and the occasion, not an empty recording control. A countdown establishes the deadline. The recording panel then keeps the task focused: record, listen back and restart if needed.

Invitation — recipient context and a visible deadline

Ready — one prominent microphone action
Recording review — playback, duration and a clear restart action
Review — playback, duration and restart
RECORD → REVIEW → SEND

The yellow panel keeps its place and visual identity as the microphone changes to playback. A restart link supports another attempt before the message is sent back to the organiser.

Recipient listening — the audio player and the people behind the gift
Listening — a shared audio gift and its contributors

03 / THE RECIPIENT

Many voices.
One personal gift.

The recipient view removes the organiser’s selection and management controls. A prominent player becomes the main action, followed by the people behind the messages. The hierarchy changes from preparing a collection to enjoying it.

Sunshine-yellow brush textures and coral details connect this final view to the recording flow. The visual system stays playful, while the controls remain focused on the current role.
