About the project
We designed Gwalli’s desktop SaaS interfaces around the daily work of construction managers and teams. Project overviews connect cost indicators, team information and schedules. Calendar views organise workforce assignments, travel periods and implementation tasks, while the diagram builder brings technical sections and progress states into one workspace. Approval panels keep comments, decisions and review history beside the plan being reviewed.

Project context, then a calendar view
The project overview groups cost indicators, team information and a weekly schedule. The calendar view organises travel periods and task states into dated lanes, with controls for the categories shown.
Plan people and work on a shared timeline
Daily workforce planning organises assignments by employee and team. The implementation schedule groups tasks by work type and team, keeping dates and durations visible across a longer planning period.
Technical diagrams with editable progress
The diagram builder pairs installation and demolition schematics with connection details and section statuses. A separate status-update dialog captures the reason and repair date when completed work returns to an in-progress state.
Keep the review beside the work
Approver states, comments and decision actions sit beside the weekly plan. The history panel brings earlier requests and their review progress into the same workspace, so the schedule remains visible throughout the review.
